is it possible for me to run a diagnostic? yes. do i have the rights to do so? no. I don't have full root level at the control panel level; i do on every other site i manage. i sent an email to @mod to maybe contact the hosting company and see if they can figure out what is wrong. the main problem we face is that any time the site goes down, it takes ALL of our services down. the database, php engine, and content are all on different processes on the server. FTP included, and EVERYTHING goes down. |
