Yes... the site was down again. we still don't know what was wrong, but im guessing it was the same thing as last time, as all the symptoms were the same. im beginning to really dislike the server.

Are you able to run a systems diagnostic of the host server from home, or would you have to contact someone on-site to run one?

If it's just our server, I suggest either trying to run that diagnostic next time it fails, or moving all of our stuff now to somewhere it'll be safe.
After all, better be safe than sorry.

yes and no.

is it possible for me to run a diagnostic? yes. do i have the rights to do so? no. I don't have full root level at the control panel level; i do on every other site i manage. i sent an email to @mod to maybe contact the hosting company and see if they can figure out what is wrong.

the main problem we face is that any time the site goes down, it takes ALL of our services down. the database, php engine, and content are all on different processes on the server. FTP included, and EVERYTHING goes down.
